A Moment In Time Productions and DVD Greeting Cards does not sell or exchange any personally identifiable user information or any other information about our clients with any third parties except as required to fulfill your orders. This includes but is not limited to the company used to process your credit card and the shipper used to mail your materials.

Our web server collects some information to analyze how people use our site. Our web server automatically recognizes IP addresses and browser type, but it does not identify personal information. All information is kept strictly confidential. Our website's Order and Contact forms require users to give us contact information (like their name and e-mail address). The client’s contact information is also used to contact the user about an order. In the future we may use client contact information from these forms to send the user information about our company as well as promotional or informational newsletters. You may choose Opt-In or Opt-Out of our newsletters and special promotions.

On our Order form, you are able to order a gift certificate for another person. In this case, the recipient's information is kept private and is not used for any other purpose other than delivering the gift certificate.

If you purchase an item or subscribe to our e-letter, we may send you newsletters about products, services and tips about taking quality videos and photographs.
